Regarding Order Deliveries
How long does it take to get your order?
It generally takes 1 to 5 business days for ThinkCP Technologies to process your order. Orders with numerous line items or custom manufactured systems generally take longer to configure or compile. It make take several weeks for us to complete these “complex orders” This is before the order actually ships. Once the order ships, delivery depends on the shipping method you selected and is subject to the respective shipper’s guidelines for delivery (such as FedEx Ground).
For enterprise customers (e.g., corporate, government, education), please make sure that your purchase order or contract agreement states the delivery days required ARO (After Receipt of Order). The delivery timeline should be arranged with a ThinkCP Account Manager prior to order placement. If you have any questions regarding order delivery for pending orders at any time, please contact your designated ThinkCP Account Manager. Otherwise, you may contact our customer service department (see Contact Us). Please remember to include the contract or reference number and any other pertinent information when making your inquiry.
Order Tracking
Once your order is actually in transit, the shipping company will provide a tracking number which we will send to you via email if requested. You will be able to track shipment progress through the shipping company’s website (for example, www.fedex.com or www.ups.com). You may also visit the respective vendor’s website for their current customer service phone number if you prefer to contact them by telephone (for example, 1-800-GO-FEDEX).
