Sales Assistant
Location: Irvine, California
Full-Time M-F
Position Overview:
• We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Sales Assistant.
• The right person will work closely with senior management and the sales staff in assisting with customer requirements.
Duties:
• Assist Sales Staff in preparing quotes and proposals.
• Conduct product research and compile data.
• Prepare/Input/Upload data for database/e-commerce.
• Manage social media websites and news feeds.
• Assist with other general sales and marketing department requirements.
Requirements/Skills/Education
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Must be literate!
• Experience in Sales & Marketing is a plus, especially within the technology industry – but not mandatory.
• Able to adhere to defined quality management procedures.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills a must!
• Able to use (or learn-to-use) Adobe Acrobat Writer required.
• Capable of self-motivation without “micro-management”
• Effective time-management, planning and organization skills

Job Title: Entry Level Sales Position
About the Position
Location: Irvine, California
Full-Time M-F
Position Overview:
• This is NOT a management position. This is NOT a telemarketing position.
• This IS an Entry Level, Full Time SALES Position in the computer technology industry
for qualified people interested in long-term sales.
• Successful sales people will learn to generate leads via cold-calling, warm calling and email,
close sales and develop repeat-customer relationships throughout the U.S. and Canada.
• Successful sales people are able to learn about basic computer technology, and then
maintain technology expertise via internet research and supplier relations.
• The position requires solid organizational skills, literacy (verbal and written),
• The position requires cold-calling, warm-calling and lead management.
• To be successful, you must be adept at using computer applications such as
e-mail, internet browsers, Word and Excel.
• The right candidate self-sufficient and able to work collaboratively when required.
Responsibilities:
• Generate Profitable Sales.
• Generate Leads, Close Sales and Develop Repeat-Customer Relationships via
telephone and email.
• Respond to customer leads, quotes and proposal requirements.
• You may also receive “warm leads” after probationary status in which you must
respond to customer requirements in a timely and expeditious manner.
• Maintain specific prospect information in CRM database.
• Work with sales and marketing team to achieve mutual objectives.
Requirements/Skills/Education
• You must be organized and self-motivated to be successful.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Strong phone and e-mail communication skills.
• Literacy skills a must.
• Effective time-management, planning and organization skills a must.
• Comfortable with learning new technologies a must:
• Able to “self learn” in order to maintain awareness of new technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & E-Mail.
• Self-sufficient AND able to follow instructions when necessary.
• Capable of working collaboratively when necessary.
• Although not required, a background in sales and/or computer hardware technology is a PLUS.
Compensation
• Pay: Base Pay + Commission + Benefits; Negotiable based on experience level.
• General Pay Range $20,000 to $45,000/Yr. – POTENTIAL FOR A LOT MORE!
REMEMBER – COMMISSION EARNINGS CAN BE IN EXCESS OF 100K+
YOUR EARNINGS DEPEND ON HOW SUCCESSFUL YOU ARE.
• Hours (F/T): M-F 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. OR 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Paid Training.
