Location: Irvine, California
We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of Sales Assistant.
The right person will work closely with senior management and the sales staff in assisting with customer requirements.
Assist Sales Staff in preparing quotes and proposals.
Conduct product research and compile data.
Prepare/Input/Upload data for database/e-commerce.
Manage social media websites and news feeds.
Assist with other general sales and marketing department requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Must be literate!
Experience in Sales & Marketing is a plus, especially within the technology industry – but not mandatory.
Able to adhere to defined quality management procedures.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills a must!
Able to use (or learn-to-use) Adobe Acrobat Writer required.
Capable of self-motivation without “micro-management”
Effective time-management, planning and organization skills
